Joe Renaux joined Agosto, Inc. as the Director of Finance in 2005.
Prior to joining Agosto he was an independent consultant doing special
projects in financial, compliance, operational and information systems.
Prior to that he has held various positions as CEO and Financial Controller.
He has experience in Distribution, Manufacturing and Consumer Electronics.
He received a BA Degree from Washington State University where he majored in
Accounting. He brings over twenty five years of solid financial experience
to Agosto.
Gabe - Director of Service Development
Gabriel has spent the majority of his career working in IT risk
management and operational efficiency. He spent over 4 years working
for Accenture securing and managing the Accenture Porting Service
network. In 2005 Gabriel joined Jefferson Wells International as a
Technology Risk Management Professional with a focus on information
security assessment and controls, the minimization or elimination of
the impact of unplanned interruptions, and ensuring the continuity of
critical business services. Gabriel’s consulting experience with JWI
included lengthy engagements with Principle Financial Group and
Target. Gabriel currently serves as the Director of Service
Development at Agosto.

Rick - CEO
Mr. Erickson is one of the two founders and the CEO of Agosto Inc. An
Executive visionary and thought leader with over 15 years of
experience developing high-performance teams at both the corporate and
departmental levels. Known as an executive facilitator who places the
organizational priorities and interests above any individual. Prior to
launching Agosto, Mr. Erickson directed the Minneapolis and Montreal
development divisions of Webhelp Inc., an innovated eCRM and BPO
company who was acquired by an global BPO firm with divisions and
interests in both India and the US. Through-out his tenure at Webhelp,
he oversaw the teams distributed development and integration of
countless web based applications including Webhelp's "Zero Latency"
Web Application Event Framework and ARENA Webhelp's VOIP platform.
Today he is Interested in the continued development and maturity of a
world class managed outsourcing organization though its people,
individual efforts, clients results and the relentless pursuit of
improvement.

Aric - Director of Service Delivery and Integrator
Aric is an IT professional who understands how to properly leverage
technology to accomplish business strategies. Since earning his
business degree from the University of St. Thomas, Aric built a local
Internet service provider (ISP) which was successfully sold to a
national ISP. In 1999, while working with AOL Time Warner, he helped
launch consumer-grade broadband packages in the Minneapolis market. In
2000, Aric started OutsourcedIT, an outsource IT service company
focusing on providing full service IT consulting and services to small-
to-medium businesses. In 2005, OutsourcedIT was acquired by TECHIES,
the commercial spin-off of the Geek Squad. Aric held different senior
leadership positions within TECHIES OutsourcedIT before joining the
Agosto team in the fall of 2007. Aric is Agosto’s Director of Service
Delivery and Integrator.
