We know technology. You know your business. Our clients invest in outcomes, not in the technology we build and manage. That's why Agosto defines success in specific outcomes with tangible measurements. Whether you want to grow faster, serve customers better, operate more efficiently, or profit more handsomely, Align IT aligns business objectives and a technical solution. We dig deeply to understand the challenges, obstacles, and lost opportunities that may be keeping you from achieving your vision.
Any successful journey starts with a clear understanding of where you are presently. Surprisingly, most organizations do not know whether their IT infrastructure is an asset or a liability. We can help.
To understand the health of your infrastructure, Agosto will perform an assessment of your environment to determine the infrastructure maturity (AIM). Agosto's Infrastructure Maturity (AIM) model is derived from ITIL, CMMI and other industry best-practices. The AIM assessment includes a detailed analysis of your infrastructure along with an executive summary and an overall maturity score.
Having clearly determined your organization's infrastructure maturity, we perform a strategic "whiteboard" session with your management team. We map out the organizations goals and all IT initiates to fulfill the goals. This strategy session will involve one of our CIO-consultants and key members of your management. The output of the whiteboard session is used to create a technology Roadmap. (Possible: Watch a highlight of one of our whiteboard sessions)
The Roadmap condenses all IT initiatives into an executable technology plan summarizing business objectives and results, costs, timelines, internal resource requirements and any necessary dependencies. Working together, we can make informed decisions about how best to "stage" your investment of time and money to yield the best results.
With the Roadmap in place, Agosto forms and manages an IT Steering Committee - a cross-functional management team that identifies opportunities and needs, set priorities, endorse and support projects, ensure major initiatives align with the organization's strategy and objectives, and oversee and approve organizational policies and procedures.
